Can’t recommend this service. Nobody was at the airport booth when we arrived. Took about 30 minutes to reach them and got picked up shortly thereafter. For the return from the hotel, the arranged pick up time did not allow much wiggle room for our flight. At 15 minutes past the time, the driver had not arrived and (once again) no answer via phone so we took a taxi.
After booking this transfer, I reached out to ask for a car seat for my infant. I had never heard back and they never showed up at the airport to drive my family after paying online. I will be reaching out to customer service to see how I can get a refund.
Have booked a transfer airport to the hotel in Bávaro. Flight number was handed in by us and pick-up time. We got a description of where to find the driver and 3 phone numbers in case we can't find the driver. There was no one at the indicated counter 16 in the arrivals area except the advertising sign. Then we looked further and 3 nice people had called for us the given phone numbers it no one answered. The transfer was paid for at the time of booking. We had to take another taxi and pay for it again. An hour and a half later, someone from the transfer called and asked where we were. He was supposedly standing in the other terminal at the airport. What do they have the flight number for?? Then we had the next transfer with them from the hotel to the cruise terminal La Romana. Had meanwhile complained and asked for a return of 40 dollars which we had to pay extra. Duration arrived on time to the hotel with an absolutely run-down SUV where also warning messages in the Driver display lit up.
