I was really happy with the the safety, assurance of pick up both from the airport and the hotel. I would rate the service excellent and would highly recommend. Both pickup and drop off was really excellent.

We had a very patient driver who waited fof us despite lost luggage and us having to buy clothes literally in the airport. He waited for us, communicated with us, and got us to the hotel safely in a large van with cold waters.

Guide yelled at me because I didn't answer his text when I hadn't turned it in yet. Didnt speak once during 45 min ride to hotel.

Costa was absolutely amazing!! After flight delays and waiting, he continually contacted us and was the kindest person! Not only did he transfer us but left us with an entire lesson on the greek history and culture!

Though flight arrived a little early, we had to wait close to 2 hrs in a very long customs line. OUr driver communicated with us well via WhatsApp (Panagiotis), reassuring us he would wait. Friendly during the 45 minute ride answering many of my questions about Athens as it was my first trip.

It was super easy to make the reservation and I provided the flight number so the driver was aware of the delay prior to takeoff as well as the delay once we landed and pulling into the gate. Very friendly had a sign with our name super easy to find would definitely recommend and use a similar service when traveling both abroad and domestically.

Outstanding service driver was there waiting even though our flight was 2 1/2 hours delayed. Our driver, John even gave a great little mini tour as we drove to the hotel explaining some of what we were seeing things that we may find of interest and yet did it in a way where he was not being obtrusive into our trip absolutely recommend people using the service

Thank you John for our pickup at the airport. He let us know exactly where he would be when we landed. He waited for us over an hour when customs took incredibly long and had a sign with our name waiting. Took our bags and walked patiently to a pickup spot. Upon entering the van he provided cold waters and shared lovely sites of the city along our drive. Would highly recommend this service again.

We could not have been happier with our experience! Efi was so communicative, starting even before we landed. She sent a text letting me know where she would be, which I received immediately upon landing and turning on my phone. The EES system at passport control has led to a lot of delays, but we were able to stay in touch with her via text and phone to let her know how our progress went through the line. Once we picked up our bags, she was waiting right at the exit for us and helped load our bags onto the trolley to go to the taxi. There were water bottles and small snacks waiting for us in the back seat, along with a sightseeing map of Athens. She gave us so much good advice during the 45 minute ride to our hotel about cuisines to try and places to explore during our short stay in Athens. She was so kind and made our arrival so smooth and easy after a stressful travel day. I can’t recommend her enough!
