Once we found the driver it was okay but it took a long time to locate him and two phone calls, he was not where we were told he would be and it was pretty chaotic overall.

Driver was waiting with our name on a sign. Told us where to wait while he got his car. Very easy. Driver did not talk on the drive to our hotel which suited us.

Thank you for easy pickup at Airport. Guy was holding sign with our name on it. Was easy to find. Fighting way through the Ho Chi Min rush hour traffic was interesting. But no one seems to crash or get upset. But would definitely use again.

Driver was late. Made us walk far to get to the car at the airport and didn’t help with bags. Vehicle was also dirty.
