Used this company for a private transfer from my hotel in Hoi An to the Da Nang airport. They communicated before the booking on the pickup time and location. Showed up 5 mins early loaded and unloaded my bags . Great job

Driver on time comfortable ride to the airport. Courteous driver packed all our bags in the neatly as there were 7 people.

I had a very good experience with Hoi An Express. The driver was already at the meeting point when I stepped out of the airport with my luggage and he kindly helped me with my suitcases. The car was clean and comfortable and it was a very nice ride to my hotel. The driver was polite, helpful and friendly as he transported me safely to my hotel; I would use this service again.
With my girlfriend we traveled from France to DA NANG, we were directly at the exit of the airport by our driver who was waiting for us with our prenoms written on a sign to recognize him. So we got into an air-conditioned and very clean minibus and dropped us off directly at our address indicated in HOI AN ! In particular, I would like to thank the Hoi An Express agency for organizing the transport. I recommend it!

Do not book. Terrible company. A 25 minute transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An takes 90 minutes. On the first trip, our driver was texting the whole time, swerving between lanes like a drunken fool. We had to tell him to put his phone down and watch the road. And on the return trip, our trip from Hoi An to Da Nang decided to go (completely out of the way) by the airport and pick up more passengers before going back into town. Outrageously unprofessional, a very poor experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The shuttle bus is a shared service, which means guests from different places would join in a same trip. Therefore, the more guests the longer it takes to travel from place to place to pick them up.
