I have tried to find a way to report this to Viatour privately but cannot see how to. After severe delays and the cancellation of my flight, which I kept the tour operator informed of, and gave them details of my new flight number, there was not a driver to meet me at the airport. The tour operator did not respond to any messages after I told them my new flight number. I had to get a taxi from the airport to my hotel.

The driver must wait inside the airport with the name plaque of the person q will translate and not stay inside the car parked and wait for the person to arrive.

Given that I now know an Uber to the city centre costs US$10 I feel completely fleeced my this booking and would advise others to get an Uber on arrival.
