Driver was hard to find at pick-up point. He did not leg us off near our hotel. Very dissapointing--do not recommend.

Call twice to confirm drop off location. Driver dropped us off at the wrong place. Ended up taking a train then a taxi to get to resort.
We had two vouchers for airport pickup On both cases the driver left us off at the wrong place Even after calling to confirm. Will never use again.
They never picked us up. We later received an email asking us to be ready for pick up. Arrival was at 12:05am and I think they were planning to pick us up at 12:05pm
The airport is small, the passengers of the arriving plane cross with the departing ones. The food is, as at all airports, overpriced and bad. There is a small selection of shops, but proper shopping is not possible there.
Staff were helpful, plenty of desks at check in but security was a bit of a drag, long ques (height of summer perhaps) costs are reasonable for an airport and plenty of seating areas.
Ther airport is average, not much to do, indication is not clear, but problem is you have 2 exists, so people might wait you somewhere else.

<p>Viator representative was waiting for me with a large legible sign directly in front of the customs exit gate. He handled my luggage and drove me to my hotel where he took my luggage into the reception. Excellent.<br/> D.S.</p>
