Our driver from H10 Port Vell to the Barcelona airport was excellent. He let us know when he arrived and was lovely to speak with on the way. My husband left his phone in the car and he was quick to make his way back around to drop it off. Thankful for his kindness!
Horrible! Driver left us stranded at the airport. Refuse to refund. Called the driver and he wouldn’t explain the problem
Dear Marilyn, we believe in complete transparency with our clients, so it is important to clarify the exact timeline of your booking. Our driver was dispatched for the exact flight you provided (TP 1030, landed at 11:00 AM) and waited at the arrivals hall for 1 hour and 40 minutes holding your name sign. At 11:57 AM, you messaged our team stating you were 'collecting your luggage,' which prompted our driver to continue waiting for you. However, at 2:58 PM, you messaged us to admit that your flight number had changed and you did not actually land until 2:00 PM. We are always happy to track delayed flights or accommodate schedule changes when our passengers communicate with us. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible—nor provide a refund—when a passenger changes their flight without notifying us, leaves our driver waiting for a plane they are not on, and arrives three hours late.
The driver was on time and communicated with me from the time we landed until we met him. Very comfortable vehicle.
Smooth and easy airport transfer! Well worth any extra cost, as this takes the guesswork out of finding comfortable transportation. The Mercedes sprinter van was spotless and the driver was courteous and right on time as we exited. He even sent a text and Whatsapp message to ensure we knew where to find him. Highly recommend!
A no stress early morning pick up for the airport. Driver was there 5 minutes early in a large comfortable van. The booking process was easy too.
The van was roomy and the driver was perfect. He met us at baggage claim and took the ladies suitcases. He had water for us in the car. Very comfortable
They cancelled on me at 11pm and had a ride scheduled for 4am. Completely unacceptable and did not do anything to support after cancelling last minute
Thank you for your feedback, William. We have to admit we’re surprised by this rating, as our records tell a very different story. Your transfer was booked for 21:00 and was completed on time and without issue. In fact, ahead of the trip you confirmed by message that your party had significantly more luggage than your booked sedan could carry, so even though you’d only booked and paid for a sedan, we sent a larger minivan to fit everything comfortably, at no extra charge. We always go out of our way to get our guests where they need to be, which is exactly what we did here.
We arrived into Barcelona and instantly received communication our driver had arrived. He was a very pleasant guy who started us off on our trip in a great way.
Very nice ride. Met us at the airport, fast and efficient. Great way to start your travel experience. We were a large group (6) with a small child. Driver fit all of our luggage and we were comfortable.
Driver was waiting for us at the exit with a sign that had our name on it, easy to find. Once you clear passport and pickup your luggage, go through the exit into the airport lobby and there you will find a line up of drivers ( still inside the airport building) the driver greeted us and took our luggage. Stress free ride to our hotel. Highly recommend.
