PROFi DRIVER was able to help us at the least minute. Out flight was delayed from morning to later afternoon and the company we had booked was not able to accommodate a time change. PROFi was able to book us the same day with outstanding service. Diver and vehicle were exceptional, on time and very courteous.

Very good experience. This was a last-minute booking since out flight as delayed and our original vendor could not adjust the pickup time. Our driver, Temenuzhka, was on time and very good. This as a good last-minute experience. The service is recommended.

We are very happy with this service, our flight was rebooked from an early morning flight to a late flight. Our original provider was unable to accommodate the change. PROFi was able to provide the service with an excellent giver and vehicle. We will look for PROFi s a provider in the future.

I received an email from Viator inquiring the number of luggages we will have weh we arrived at Zurich. I replied back with 4 large, 2 medium and 6 cabin size. The booking was for 6 passenger. When we arrived, the driver was very pleasant and accommodating but the vehicle was too small. We had luggages on our laps and had an uncomfortable ride to our hotel. Viator did not send the luggage information to the shuttle company. Very disappointing.

Nice place and wonderful place to walk around, especially at the Zurich Old Town. Visited a few old church, some should be more than few hundred years but still maintained very well.
