The airport transportation service was exceptional. The driver arrived right on time, was very friendly, and made the entire ride comfortable and stress-free. Everything was smooth, professional, and well organized. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.

Other female travelers should know that they .must request a male driver if they have 4 females traveling together with luggage. We had a female driver who stood there and just looked at us and never addressed our luggage situation. We each had a checked bag as well as a carryon bag. She stood there for us to load those heavy bags ourselves. Our other two pick up from airport and from hotel were flawless.
Driver was on time for pickup at cruise terminal and delivered us efficiently to the airport. Thank you.

Nice van with plenty of room was there to pick us & another couple up right on time. Communication via WhatsApp and a sign with our name made the connection a breeze. Driver was courteous & helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Driver arrived early He waited patiently while we disembarked cruise ship. Pleasant driver clean vehicle would use again .
The scheduler for the company was terrible. They gave us the wrong license plate number, then tried to claim they had to send a different driver. The driver told us this wasn’t true. Even if it was true, shouldn’t they have given us the correct license plate number? We wasted 1/2 hour of our time and the drivers time, because we couldn’t find each other.
We must clarify that the driver was present at the correct pickup location and contactable at all times. As the customer did not disembark at the scheduled pickup time and arrived approximately one hour later, the original vehicle had to be released. As a goodwill gesture, we arranged a replacement vehicle to still provide the service. We regret that our accommodation has resulted in a negative review. This review does not accurately reflect the circumstances or the accommodation provided.
