Driver is very professional and drove safely. Clean and.comfortable shuttle, too. Driver showed up 10 minutes before departure.
Reliable, comfortable ride from Prague hotel to airport. The driver will not be in a suit and tie with dark sunglasses, but they are a friendly local. They arrived early for a 6 am pickup.

First, I booked a drive from the hotel to the airport. I woke up the day of the flight to a 3 hour delay. I tried to call the car company to adjust the time. Their phone was disconnected. I tried the Viator messaging app. They did not reply. I called Viator. They could not reach the car company either. If you cannot communicate with the company it makes travel difficult even impossible. Second, you do NOT need an airport car service in Prague. Uber is the official airport transfer company. It’s reliable and half the price.

Our customer service office is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Outside these hours, passengers can contact their assigned driver directly using the contact details provided with the booking. A three-hour change on the day of travel is considered a significant last-minute modification. As vehicle and driver schedules are arranged in advance, we cannot always accommodate such changes. In this situation, the safest option is to make a new booking for the required pickup time. We regret that Viator was unable to reach us at that moment. However, our telephone line is active during our published office hours, and messages received outside these hours are handled once the office reopens. Uber is one of several transport options available in Prague, but it is not the only official airport transfer service. Pre-booked private transfers offer a fixed price, a reserved vehicle, and a driver scheduled specifically for the passenger. Thank you for your understanding.

Car sent was very small and couldn't fit 3 luggages in the boot. Driver had no solution nor suggestion. Ended up having to store 1 luggage in the middle between 2 people, which was a very tight fit. Not worth the anxiety and discomfort since this was an advance booking. Driver was more concerned with his seats being scratched. Given the price, I felt scammed and believe that I would have been better off with Uber XL to the airpot. I had a good prior experience so this was very disappointing.

Under normal circumstances, a sedan can accommodate three standard suitcases, but oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle category. Our schedule for hotel to airport transfer was early at @0300 am and our driver was very punctual . A day before he texted me to confirmed the pick up . Hassle free experience.
