Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that your departure transfer did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances regarding the pickup location. The reservation was originally made with one hotel as the confirmed pickup point. The night before the scheduled transfer, we received a message advising us that you had moved to a different hotel, along with two different addresses that were not located close to one another. Given the very short notice and the conflicting location information provided, our team and driver made every effort to accommodate the change and ensure that your transfer to the airport could still be completed. We therefore regret that these efforts were not reflected in your experience. We are also sorry if the driver’s manner came across as abrupt. Our drivers are expected to remain professional and courteous, even when last-minute changes create operational challenges, and we will take your comments into consideration. We always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible, but providing one clear and accurate pickup location, particularly for time-sensitive airport transfers, is essential to ensuring a smooth service. Kind regards, The Key Tours Team
