We have been using Nice Ride Cabo since they opened despite our resorts providing airport transfers. Why? A number of years ago a group of us were staying at Grand Solmar. Our single friend came in later on a different flight. Unfortunately, her flight was majorly delayed. I contacted Nice Ride and they assured me her driver would wait. She finally arrived but her luggage did not. He stayed with her the entire process helping translate so that she could get her luggage tracked down and delivered as soon as possible. The whole time this driver was keeping us updated on her status, assuring us that she was safe. She finally made it to the resort and her luggage arrived two days later. I cannot say enough about how much that meant to us! We recommend Nice Ride to everyone! We have always had consistently great service both by Ericka at the main office and all of the drivers. Cars are clean and always on time!
