Traslado de ida e volta do Waikiki-Pearl Harbor National Memorial

The driver was nice but my pick up time changed a couple days ahead by 1 hr later effecting my Pearl Harbor starting time. Fortunately that did not effect my activities while I was there. My departure time was originally 3:30 pm and the driver was kind to give us either a 2:20pm or 4:50 pm p/u time.

Nice vehicles and friendly driver. However, even though our hotel was on the list of pickups they called two days before and had us walk to a different location. Also when booking realized the pickups may be far between in time and are not given when booking. We booked our Arizona boat for 2:00 after a full day, but was told two days before that 4:50 was the earliest return so we had almost 2 hours wait.

Friendly driver and great driving in heavy traffic. We were thankful we could change our pick up time from Pearl Harbor as we had little ones in our group and we got done early.

This was a convenient way to get out to Pearl Harbor for the day. They called my phone directly to coordinate both the outbound and return pick-ups. (Some calls were not from a Hawaii phone number so I missed picking up a few of the calls). The return schedule had options for 11:00, 12:45, 2:20, 3:45, & 4:50 so you can plan your day around that. They arrived right on schedule so there is minimal waiting around.

We had a booking for 6 people to go to Pearl Harbour. We booked the 7.30am shuttle as we had an 8.15am booking on the Arizona. [see snip in photos] However on the morning of our trip, we recived a text saying out shuttle had been moved to 8.30am, which meant we had to quickly get an Uber for 6 people - that is not cheap. We came home with a differnt provider as we didnt trust Hawaii Super Transit to pick us up. AND Then they billed us twice - see snip in photos. I have sent emails and asked fora refund through Trip a Deal as well but we have had no response

After a little confusion on the pickup location, ( good thing they had my cell number!) everything was perfect with our ride to Pearl Harbor. Return trip was easy with the company calling and telling us that the van was in route, color, and van number. Highly recommend, cheap easy was to go from Waikiki to Pearl.

I was disappointed with this service. The description states shuttles run from 6:30 - 4:30 and you can explore at your own pace. At checkout , 2 pickup times were available to choose from. I chose the 7:30 pickup time. The day before our pickup we called to confirm our reservation and we were told our pickup time was now 6:45. Upon arrival at Pearl Harbor our driver then hands us a piece of paper with 2:30 circled on it for a pick up time. We asked if that was the only option as we were intending to leave closer to the 4:30 time stated in the description. We were told that was the only pick up time. At 2:30 a different bus and driver picked us up and only one other couple from the morning group was there because the others in our group were taking the 4:30 shuttle. I was extremely annoyed because we were specifically told there was only a 2:30 return shuttle. Overall a frustrating experience. I would book a tour with a different company unless you are willing to be very flexible and be at the mercy of the availability of the drivers this company contracts through.

Great driver! There was some confusion on the pick up time. However, we showed up early and all was OK. On the return trip right on time. Great driver.

Although we missed our appointed time, they worked with us and made sure we still made it to Pearl Harbor. I very much appreciated the flexibility they provided!

Easy pick up from our location near the zoo. Comfortable ride and with air conditioning. Return leg a little confusing as 2 smaller vehicles were sent, but sorted out quickly.
