Ray, of Prestige Luxury Transport, is the best! Ray was very communicative regarding pickup details and information, prompt and very knowledgeable of places and things to do in our area. Could not have asked for a better experience, especially considering we needed a 3:30AM pickup. Will definitely use Ray/Prestige Luxury Transport on our next visit to Puerto Rico.
Driver was waiting at baggage claim when we arrived. He was very nice & helpful. He also had great tips & information about places to eat & visit while in San Juan.
Ray was fantastic! He provided a very comfortable ride and was punctual both to and from the resort and airport—even with our crazy flight times. He stayed in communication with us the entire time, which gave us peace of mind. Super reliable and professional. Highly recommend his service!

Our driver Ray was amazing. From a quick and easy pick up to dropping us off. Ray made sure we got to our resort safely and along the way he gave us recommendations on restaurants, activities, and other excursions for our stay.
Ray , was very prompted he texted me upon arrival at Puerto Rico airport and stated he would be in baggage claim waiting for us. He held a sign up with my name on it I felt the warmest hospitality.. thank you all so much and I will recommend your service to everyone!! ♥️
