Uma vez que o recolhemos do local escolhido por volta das 7:00 da manhã, o transferimos para o TranzAlpine para uma das viagens de trem mais bonitas do mundo. Desfrute de vistas alpinistas deslumbrantes das janelas panorâmicas ou do carrinho ao ar livre. Seu Guia irá encontrá-lo na Estação Arthur's Pass para começar seu passeio de montanha.
Enquanto você desfruta da viagem de trem, seu Guia viaja em frente para encontrá-lo na plataforma em Arthur’s Pass Station. De lá, dirigiremos para o olhar do Viaduto de Otira para vistas espetaculares - incluindo as vibrantes flores vermelhas da Rata durante o verão. Fique de olho no cheeky Kea, o papagaio alpino curioso da Nova Zelândia! Nossa exploração de montanha continua com uma visita à deslumbrante Avalanche Creek Waterfall e vários outros destaques paisagísticos dentro do Parque Nacional.
Para o destaque da sua tarde, recomendamos fortemente a pista de caminhada Devils Punchbowl. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, whose name I didn’t get, did a wonderful job taking us around Arthur’s Pass and Castle Hill and providing information on the area. The bus was delayed picking up the group in Arthur’s Pass after the train ride, but the company did a great job with keeping the group updated as to when our guide would arrive. The hike up to the Devil’s Punchbowl Falls was worth it, and the loop at Castle Hill was great as well. I would recommend this tour.

Fantastic experience. The train trip was fabulous to see the southern alps up close. Exploring Arthur’s Pass was just devine and Castle Hill is exceptional.

It was a fabulous experience. The train was gorgeous and the views were unbeatable. Plus, the staff was incredibly kind. The driver was great with fun facts and lots of yummy snacks. Anuj was our tour guide and he was absolutely brilliant. Very informative and knowledgeable, made the whole experience very smooth and enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this tour. I cant recommend it enough for the solo traveller. The other participants were lovely, the guide was fabulous, and the scenery was mind blowing. The many stops to take photographs and go for good walks were just the right amount.

We had a fantastic day. It was a great way to see the country side as well as explore the forest and see the waterfalls at Arthur's Pass. VJ was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. We started the day by taking the Alpine Train to Arthur's pass. Then VJ took us to beautiful scenic spot and showed us where filming took place for the Lion the witch and the wardrobe. He also shared NZ snacks with us. It was a wonderful way to spend a day in Christchurch.

I did enjoy our tour from Christchurch via TranzAlpine to Arthurs’ path and back to the city. Our tour guide are accommodating and providing good insights and explanation. He provides guidance or alternative activity for some who cant do a hike. We did a couple of small stops for scenic lookout when we are going back to the City. The tour was not rush and we are able to be back to the city earlier than expected Highly recommended tour!
