I was expecting that given it is a private transfer that someone will meet us after customs clearance once we have collected our luggage. Instead I had to go on a wild goose chase to find the driver who was not bothered to leave his seat , English was limited and instructions not clear. He was however a safe driver and once located , it was ok
Absolutely perfect - our driver was extremely helpful, polite and patient. He communicated very well, just what we needed after 24hrs travelling. 5 stars!
Our experience with our private transfer from Narita Airport to Tokyo perfect. Our driver Atom was wonderful and very welcoming. He contacted me via WhatsApp to coordinate our meeting point at the airport and even sent photos of his location to make it easier to find him. The vehicle (Toyota Alphard) was comfortable and his driving was very safe. Thank you for a lovely first experience in Japan.
90 minute drive from Airport. Even with traffic arrived five minutes early. Comfortable van. Spacious. Very courteous driver. Great experience.

Super easy. Good pre communication on what’sapp prior to arrival and day of arrival. Hand written sign and waiting right after customs declaration in NRT, helped with bags and the van was a super nice Mercedes Japanese size van, very comfortable. We had 2 adults 1 child, 2 American size suitcase and 2 carry on, easy fit, could probably do 1-2 more suitcases. Would recommend, very easy way to get from airport direct to your hotel.

Excellent service. My flight was delayed nearly 24 hours and with the time difference it could have been very difficult to coordinate a new pickup, or they would’ve been well within their rights to deny me a change since it was past the cancellation window and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The service itself was great too. Fast, safe, and efficient.

Our driver was great. Unfortunately our flight was delayed more than an hour but the driver was there right when we landed. Then he was really helpful with our bags. Highly recommend this company!

We were greeted by a well dressed man inside terminal 1 who took care of our luggage and drove us to our destination at Tokyo Dome Hotel. The vehicle was spacious and clean.
