Proper contact when our plane landed in Tokyo with instructions how to meet him after we got our luggage. He hade to wait an extra 30 mins since our plane was delayed. Great service.
Our driver was in communication with us the entire time and was very patient and helpful when we had trouble finding her after exiting the airport.

Choosing to book this private transfer from Haneda to our hotel was such a great decision! This service makes it easy, especially for groups. We had a very comfortable and well kept vehicle. Driver was very professional and easy to work with.
