I’ve been using POP Dominican travel for almost 10 years whenever I come to the Dominican Republic Rigo and his staff never cease to amaze me. Rigo and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They took great care of us from the time we arrived at the airport to coordinate island tours, a trip to the waterfalls and Dominican lunch with the locals. As always we had a great time and are looking forward to a return trip in the near future.

Do not use. Robbery!...Alert. Any taxi $50.00 round trip to anywhere in Playa Dorada. One way $35.00 for up to 6 people with luggage.

I booked this transportation to/from the airport and to/from my resort (Dreams Macao Beach) more than a month before my trip. Then a couple of weeks later I got an email saying it was cancelled with no explanation. So I booked with another company (Dominican Airport Transfers) and they were great!
Excuse me for the inconvenience, I wrote to you and told you that we do not provide service in Punta Cana, which was to the east of the Island, we work in Puerto Plata, Sosúa and Cabarete, we provide service from Santiago to Puerto Plata to the city of Puerto Plata, that is, we don't work in Punta Cana is 6 hours from Puerto Plata, that's why I explained that we were going to cancel the service because we don't work in the east of the country, we work in the north in cost in Puerto Plata.
