We had an excellent experience with our driver BYLG. He sent us a WhatsApp message the day before so we knew who to contact. Once we landed in Japan he sent us a message welcoming us. He arrived exactly on time & got us to our hotel in Tokyo safely. We highly recommend!

I will never use Viet or again. They failed to show up after 3 or 4 confirmation emails back-and-forth with the operator of the transport service. I had to use a taxi, which cost me a hundred and fifty dollars more thoroughly. The worst ever I'll never use viet or again. For any pickup, I can't rely on them

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected issue with the assigned driver, the driver was unable to attend the pickup as scheduled. We understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been, especially for an airport transfer. We have already issued a full refund for the original booking, and we have also agreed to compensate you for the additional taxi expense. The driver contacted me the day before the pickup just to confirm the arrival information. He was on time and friendly but respected my jet lag and didn’t try to make small talk. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
