We used a private transfer from the Trieste Cruise Port after our MSC Cruises arrival, and everything went really smoothly. The driver was waiting right outside the Trieste Cruise Terminal, helped with all our luggage, and the car was clean and very comfortable for the long ride. The communication was excellent, and having the driver’s number made everything easier — especially with the crowds from the cruise ship.

Ciprian was excellent - both in communicating and in providing a pleasant and easy transfer from Venice to Trieste. He made it so easy to plan the transfer, arrived early to pick us up in the Piazzale Roma, and was a friendly, professional, and engaging guide throughout the drive. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. I would highly recommend booking with Private Travel Solution for transfers or for tours.
Picked us up 30 min late, and the kid was a very new driver. If you asked him a question he drove 40. And the next minute he was driving 140. Made us car sick. Nice kid though

As for the speed: in Italy, the motorway speed limit is 130 km/h, with a legal tolerance of +10%, which makes 143 km/h still within the allowed range — so, technically, oops, he was just at the limit. We’re sorry you didn’t feel at ease to speak up in the moment. He’s actually a very kind and responsible young driver, and we appreciate your comment that he was nice. Both the boat pilot who picked us up at the hotel and the driver, Marcelo were punctual, very helpful and pleasantly professional. They got us to our destination in plenty of time and made it a pleasant journey.
Our driver was great! Very friendly & knowledgeable about the areas we traveled to: we were picked up in Venice and traveling to Trieste. Our driver shared interesting information about life in the Veneto region & historical information about Trieste. He even stopped at a picturesque spot on the way so I could take pictures. Also, customer support was great and very responsive. It was a great experience. I will use this service again!
Everything went great. The boat taxi was 5 minutes early. Loaded 6 people with lots of luggage. The driver was very helpful. Met us at the boat and we were on our way in few minutes. The van was clean and comfortable. Rained hard but his driving was good. Didn’t follow too close. Never a worry. I would recommend and use again. Thanks for great ride. Rick C
Transfer was easy. Arranged for the boat from the hotel for us and it was very uneventful which is what we were looking for.
I was so worried about scheduling this and everything went off as planned. Every time I emailed this company I received an answer almost immediately. We had one little hiccup because of the weather but everything ended up perfect. Thank you for everything.
