Our driver, Mr Pan, was on-time, friendly, and professional. The tour company kept in touch via WhatsApp from confirming the transfer the day before through pickup at our hotel. The vehicle was extremely comfortable, and made for a relaxing ride to the cruise terminal. Highly recommend.
They were timely and efficient. Car was comfortable. All of the luggage fit fine. They communicated very well.
I feel that the price was way out of line for a 30 minute drive to the Yokohama port from Tokyo, it was described as being a 90 minute trip, thus the high cost.
Sorry for causing you any confusion. Since the price for the transfer from central Tokyo to Yokohama is the same regardless of the distance. However, The amount of time spent on the road is related to the distance. Places farther from Yokohama will take more time, while those closer will take less time.
