Notified to be picked up at baggage claim. Met our driver and proceeded to Dorado. Very friendly and good driver. Very easy.
I would have given this company 5 stars if it wasn’t for the driver texting me and asking me for an extra 50$ for him after paying for the ride through the company . Luckily I was able to tell him and didn’t fall for the trick of “you still owe me 50 in cash.”. Their cars are clean just be careful.

Driver was at the cruise port to pick us up before we even got our luggage. Very short walk to the van. Driver loaded and unloaded all of our heavy bags. The drive to the airport was excellent. Some drivers seem to drive fast and wreckless but I felt safe the whole drive. I would highly recommend this company. Great communication before booking and the day of!! Great price!! 10 out of 10 for us!!
We used this service as part of a cruise vacation. We had a couple days in San Juan before the cruise so we used their service from the airport to our hotel. And we also used them from the ship to the airport after our cruise. We arrived in San Juan in the late evening and their service was flawless. Great communication between the booking date and trip plus fantastic communication when we landed. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a family owned business that obviously takes pride in their service. While they may be slightly more expensive than other options like Uber or taxi, it was well worth it for us and we would use them again in the future.
We used Puerto Rico Shuttle Van Services several times on our recent vacation to Puerto Rico - five adults and five sets of luggage. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our driver, Francisco, met us at the San Juan airport at 2am after our delayed flight, and took us to Dorado. He also took us to and from the ferry in Ceiba and back to the airport when we left. He was outstanding - friendly, great communication, great pricing. Highly recommended!
