Driver met us at the airport with a sign and we found him right away. He was courteous and helped us with our luggage.
Our driver Luan went above and beyond for us- half of our group had a delayed incoming flight and he went the extra mile to assist us. The company is easy to work with. Easy communication and smooth transportation from the airport. Would definitely recommend and use their services on our next trip.

We had a great airport pickup and drop-off experience with Nelson Leong. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us in the airport lobby and quickly got us on our way. The vehicle was a Mercedes SUV/minivan, which was very comfortable for our family. Nelson was professional, friendly, and well-prepared—he even had a booster seat ready for our son, which we really appreciated. The ride was smooth and stress-free, making our arrival and departure easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend Nelson for airport transfers.
Our driver Joao F messaged us when our flight arrived. We were stuck in passport control for a long time and he returned shortly after we got our luggage. He was very friendly and accommodating!
Thought the price was high for a fairly quick trip. All else was terrific.
Our flight was 90 minutes late but of course they made it up in the air. We were suppose to arrive at 8am but we arrrived at 9:05am. Because of the new EES system I expect it to be 2-3 hours of processing, so I told the car service to pick us up at 11am but it only took 48 minutes from walking off the plane to walking out with our bags. Even though I expected them at 11am, they were there at early, which worked out great

When you are taking someone to the airport - especially one as bad as Lisbon’s - it is critical that your ride to the airport arrive on time. Our driver was not only 20 minutes late but then went to the wrong pickup point. Yes, he sent us a text alerting us that he would be late, but that didn’t change the situation or explain why he didn’t go to the pickup point that had been discussed in three messages with the company. Very poor execution.
