Seu motorista espera do lado de fora do terminal na área de embarque do Transporte Terrestre, segurando uma placa com o logotipo laranja da Cancun Travel Experience. Por favor, apresente sua confirmação ou identificação com foto no momento da retirada. Seu transporte estará pronto exatamente 30 minutos após o horário de pouso do seu voo e pode esperar até 60 minutos após o horário de pouso do seu voo. Chegadas: Se por acaso você encontrar algum problema para localizar seu motorista, dirija-se a qualquer um dos seguintes pontos de encontro: - Terminal 2 (chegadas domésticas) no Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (chegadas internacionais) no Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 no Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 no Welcome Bar **Recepção no hotel:** Seu horário exato de embarque será confirmado um dia antes da partida do seu voo, seu motorista o encontrará no saguão do seu hotel. Por favor, apresente sua confirmação ou identificação com foto no momento da retirada. Por favor, esteja pronto e esperando alguns minutos antes do horário de coleta confirmado, os motoristas só podem esperar no máximo 10 minutos após o horário de coleta confirmado.

No one showed up to pick us up. We stood around for 30 minutes and did not get a ride please process refund

little mix up at pick up, but the owners were friendly and solved the problem and got us to our destination.
our driver was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and it was a smooth pick up. I was so stressed about the travel but I believe his name was Omar and he was great!
It was a great experience!! everything was on time and very professional. Communication between driver to and from location was perfect.
Horrible service They cancelled our trip when our flight was delayed. Did not respond to messages and we had to find a new transportation service.

Unfortunately, due to the extent of the delay and our vehicle scheduling commitments, we were ultimately unable to guarantee the service. We would also like to clarify that we informed you of the situation as soon as we were able to confirm that we could no longer safely accommodate the reservation. Our goal is always to provide transparent and timely updates so that our guests can make alternative arrangements if necessary. Although the circumstances fell outside of our control, as a courtesy and gesture of goodwill, we proceeded with a full refund for the reservation. They cancelled the transfer while we were waiting for them at the airport. I had to contact them to see where they were. They didn’t proactively communicate with me. If you have ever been at the Cancun airport you would know that it is a terrible place to try and leave. I was furious.

The driver was excellent. Not only was he friendly, but he drove smoothly. He even offered to stop if we wanted a beer or something to get the trip off to a great start

The driver was very friendly/professional and was there on time. But what I didn’t like is that they charge me more money $40 after I booked and paid for the “deal”. I paid $95 total from Cancun airport to my hotel (38min drive)…😤☹️

Regarding the additional charge, we would like to clarify that the reservation was originally booked under the Cancun hotel zone fare, which was the option selected during the booking process. However, the hotel entered in the reservation was not located in Cancun, but in the Playa del Carmen area, which corresponds to a different transportation zone and rate due to the longer distance involved. The additional $40 USD was simply the fare adjustment required for the correct destination zone. As a courtesy, we also offered the option to cancel the reservation with a refund if you preferred not to proceed with the updated rate; however, you chose to continue with the service and accepted the difference for the correct fare.
