Transporte privado de ida e volta ao aeroporto de Cancún

Our flight was over 6 hours delayed, so instead of arriving at 3pm, we arrived at 9pm. It was near 10 pm by the time we got our luggage and cleared customs. Even though it was so late, they had a new driver waiting for us and all went well.

Our driver, Rodofo was absolutely amazing on our way to the resort. We landed early and had no bags so we were there earlier than anticipated, but another Go Visit Cancun rep called him and he was there in 5 minutes. He was so kind and knowledgeable on activities in the area. You could absolutely tell he loved his job.

Exactly what we needed…our driver was waiting for us when we got out of the airplane, walked us to our private van, offered us cold beverages and drove us directly to our resort. It was a completely smooth and easy trip for us. Thank you!

The pickup was a bit complicated in the beginning trying to find our driver at the airport in the midst of all the people however I just texted via Whatsapp and connected shortly afterwards. The round trip transportation was perfect for the family and included a booster seat for our grandson. The van was comfortable and dropped us at the door of our hotel and pick up was very smooth.

This was our first trip to Mexico so we wanted a private car/van to take us to and from our resort in the Riviera Maya to avoid having to hail a taxi or use ride sharing. We booked a week before the trip and I received a message on WhatsApp from Go Visit Cancun on the same day confirming the pickup from CUN. They also inform you that there are vendors when you exit the terminal and to avoid asking for help to find your ride as the driver will be uniformed. Our flight arrived later than expected, so after walking out of Terminal 4 we had some trouble locating the driver. I had to make a call the company, and after a few minutes the driver called to say he had parked and was waiting for us. If you are flying into Terminal 4 at CUN, I would recommend to ask the driver to park in a spot and you will meet them, or have the driver stand by the D column, which is out of the way of most of the vendors. That was truly the only issue for the entire trip, so I am pleased to say the experience after that was seamless. One day before our return trip, we received another message to confirm the pickup from the lobby of our resort, and on the day of, a uniformed driver picked us up about 3 hours prior to our flight. For both trips, the vans were new, clean, and air conditioned. There was bottled water in a cooler that was offered to us, and the drivers were excellent. I would highly recommend this transport service if you are like us or traveling with friends and family, the van is big enough to accommodate larger groups up to maybe 14. Excellent experience!
