The company who pick me than charged me an extra $30 once I was picked …. I will never use their service u shouldn’t either a price was posted and total price to be told it was partial!!!
I bought the shuttle days in advance, they confirmed the service immediately and asked me for more flight details as I had not put that information, the person who attended me was very friendly and attentive, upon arriving at the airport they contacted me right after landing to inform me that my vehicle was ready. Although there are many people at the airport, thanks to the communication I had with the staff I was able to immediately find the driver, in general I really liked the attention and service, I will hire him again in future occasions
Waited 20 minutes in the pickup area for the driver, which is especially uncomfortable at the Cancun airport as you’re constantly being harassed by people trying to sell you an overpriced transport and even claiming to be from your agency or there to help you find your driver. WhatsApp contact just kept saying “he’s coming”. When he finally got there he cited traffic but we saw none on the drive out. During the drive, he asked to see my passport, which I stupidly handed to him. He then immediately took a photo of it and sent it off somewhere. He said he needed to verify he had picked up the right person, but had already confirmed my name and we had already left the airport some time ago. WhatsApp contact said that they had asked him to verify the right person by taking a photo of us boarding ( huh? What does that prove?) but not asked him to take a photo of the passport. When we got to the hotel, the driver tried to collect the airport tax which the booking description had said would be collected at pick up, not drop off. I had forgotten about that fine print, which is on me. But the driver didn’t speak enough English to properly explain what was going on and I just kept saying that the trip had been prepaid. He took a photo of my receipt on my phone and left. By the time I got into my hotel room, I was being repeatedly called both on WhatsApp and to the actual hotel room phone, insisting that I pay the tax right then and there. At the same time I’m going through my emails and the booking details to verify that I even actually owed the money and wasn’t being scammed. Given the poor experience so far I really didn’t have a lot of confidence on that point. Overall, I really can’t think of a much more stressful way to have begun my vacation. And the real kicker was that then they offered a transfer back to the airport for 1.5 times more than what I had paid on here for the transfer to the hotel. No thanks. I took an Uber back for half of what I paid for the transport.

The transportation was very punctual, the driver was super friendly. The driver, Manuel, who picked us up, made the afternoon enjoyable, and the trip to the hotel didn't feel long. The communication we had during arrival is a plus that not every transportation service provides. We felt very safe the entire time. I'll definitely use it again without a doubt
This is the second time I use this Transportation Service, and I really liked it, they always receive us on time and are watching over us at all times, I highly recommend it
Overall very good and friendly service. The communication was satisfactory but we were not clearly notified before getting into the waiting area if we were going to be greeted by some or if we would be directed to a particular stall where the car was waiting. Ultimately it worked out fine and we were texted instructions but we did end up wondering around for about 10 minutes before that occurred.
I came to Cancun with my family from CDMX, we were picked up from the airport on time and the staff was very friendly, if we would hire them again
