Fast, in time. Friendly driver. Driver was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on tourist stops to visit.
There was no representative present on arrival. 10 minute wait and someone arrived telling us the driver was on the way. 10 minutes later we were told they were parking. The driver never arrived and we were left after everyone on our flight had gone. The driver never arrived. We had to be driven by someone else. Poor service.
Dear Cope, Thank you very much for your comment. Was there no representative present upon arrival? False. Upon your arrival, our staff informed you that our driver was on his way. You waited 10 minutes, and someone arrived to inform you that the driver was parking. Our driver, Rene, took you to the hotel long before all the passengers on the flight had left. You didn't have to be taken by another person; our driver took you.
We very much liked our first driver, Julio, he was very personable and enjoyed sharing some scenic spots along the way. Offered to stop if we needed anything along the way. We have no clue of the name of our second driver on the way back, who was late picking us up, without apology. He didn't speak a word to us. We had to wait at the airport for our driver to arrive, and wait on our return trip as our driver was late. The dispatcher did text us to let us know our pick-up was late going back. No excuse when booked weeks in advance!

Excellent driver very helpful and lots of information have booked for the return also. Was at the airport with a sign with my name very good

While we booked this private transfer from the hotel to our resort, Jesus and Gabino were so accommodating. They took us through town at our request so we could see what it looked like and if we’d want to make a separate trip to explore. They also stopped to let us do a quick mezcal tour at a local shop before dropping us at our resort. Fantastic service and they were not pushy at all.

Abel was a friendly driver who went out of his way to make our short trip feel special. He was explaining building and places along the way and even gave us some tips for the area. The whole we felt like we were in safe hands
