Great drivers. Nice vehicles. Professional and on time.
I had to cancel before the trip even began because they asked me $25 each way above the quoted price. They said it was because my hotel was in a further area than what i had said and was quoted for, but it’s the same hotel as always. I didn’t switch hotels. I feel like they were just playing games with me switching the price after I already booked right before my trip.
Been using Happy Shuttle for years after TM went crazy with pricing and packing us in a van with 10 people. We have our own van just our family. Clean ,AC, friendly drivers. Ask prior to arrival if you want snacks or drinks. Been going to zcancum

They provide us an excellent service and the drivers were great! They were always on time and also took the time to confirm our flight time and which correct I appreciate it because I provided the incorrect pick up time due to different time zone. That made my trip smooth since they confirmed the information with the airline. I will recommend them again!
Very quick service. Affordable and nice ride. Driver was nice and between my Spanish and his English, we were able to communicate well. Easy to find when you leave the airport. Do not get stopped and hassled by all the people! Just keep walking.
It was easy to find the representative, short wait (around 10 min) for a driver, helpful staff, pleasant ride. Highly recommend.
Julio Navarro worked with me as part of the customer service team. He was very responsive, clear in his messaging and ultimately supportive with travel changes. Very easy to schedule shuttle service and the team is very helpful with communicating to you! I was so happy with the experience on front end I wrote review prior to the actual shuttle. Happy Shuttle was Excellent. At the airport they where well marked and easy to find. I know going to another country you can be worried about getting scammed or ripped off. But Happy Shuttle was everything that was advertised. And they were absolutely on time on the return trip back to the airport. Excellent Service
