I booked a VIP airport pickup with Nexus Tours expecting a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, as agreed. Instead, I was picked up in a rickety taxi, which was clearly not what was paid for. When I raised this immediately, the male airport staff member representing Nexus Tours was rude and unhelpful. The experience then became a safety concern: the driver coughed continuously during the journey and later drove at night with only partial headlights. This was not a VIP service by any standard and raises serious concerns about service quality, staff conduct, and passenger safety.

We had the opportunity to reserve transfers and tours in advance on the Nexus website after the recommendation from a friend. The airport staff were warm and easy to find (very important). The tours lady, Orah was very warm in giving us reconfirmation of our selection. We booked Explorer with her and Horseback riding online both were amazing. We visit Grenada in September and will be using nexus again.

Both drivers were amazing. I'm glad we chose a driver because there is no way we could drive in St. Lucia. My departure driver made a stop at a beautiful lookout point. It was the perfect way to end our trip.
