Para os viajantes do aeroporto: Procure motoristas com a camisa, placas e logótipos da Roatan Airport Shuttles nos portos locais, aeroportos e no destino de recolha desejado. Vamos confirmar o nome do seu motorista antes da sua chegada. Para os hóspedes de ferry: Depois de desembarcar e você pegar sua bagagem, procure por nós dentro do terminal segurando uma placa com o nosso nome e logotipo (Roatan Airport Shuttles). Seu motorista também terá uma placa com seu nome nela. Dadas as horas para chegadas de ferry, recomendamos um processo de desembarque rápido. Para Pick-ups de Retorno (Hotéis, Airbnbs, etc): Nossa empresa entrará em contato com você por SMS, WhatsApp ou e-mail para verificar sua viagem de volta e o melhor momento para a coleta. A retirada para a partida terá lugar 3 horas antes da partida do seu avião. Para voos nacionais, o tempo de recolha é de 2 horas antes da partida do voo.

5-Star experience with my transportation experiences. Easy to book and the communication beforehand was exactly what I needed. Mario was waiting for me both times, ready even before it our pickup times. Also he provided great history of the island, pointed out interesting spots, gave me recommendations on food and tours when I asked and made the trips very enjoyable! Our transportation folks here could learn a lot from them! Thanks for making this enjoyable and easy!!
When my Resort didn't respond to my request for transportation from the airport, I checked in to Viator, and I'm really glad I did. They responded right away and the trip cost me much less than what I would have paid. The driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of history of the island, along with tips on places to eat and things to do. I only hope I get this driver for my trip back to the airport

Outstanding service from Roatan Airport Shuttle and our driver, Mario! Our connecting flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive in Roatán until the next day. Even with this unexpected change, Mario stayed in contact and had absolutely no problem adjusting our pickup time. He was waiting for us at the airport right on time, which was a huge relief after a long travel day. Mario is not only an excellent and safe driver, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about the island. During our ride, he shared fascinating stories about Roatán's history, culture, and local landmarks. It was like getting a private island tour from a local expert. His professionalism, patience, and friendly personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Roatan. The communication was excellent even before I arrived. Mario met me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it. He even took me to a grocery store and helped me pick out some delicious local snacks. I even used them for transportation besides the airport and everything worked out great. Also, shout out to Adrian who picked me up and took me to my return flight. The prices were great and the customer service was amazing!!!!

Mario was the best! He was so incredibly nice and told us all about Roatan while driving us to our hotel. He helped us shop for groceries and was such a pleasure to meet! Would 100% book again.

Mario was a great communicator and came early to pick me up. He drove safely and brought my bags to the AA check in desk. The best car service I’ve ever experienced.

Communication was amazing and very prompt service. Car from airport was a bit tight to resort for 2 couples. Van back to airport was perfect and driver more engaging! (First driver didn’t say a word….likely no English.)
