The driver was on time. He didn’t communicate (only complained that he was sick) but his body language and grunts were rude. He appeared having trouble organizing the luggage for a group of 5. Our party used other modes to and from the airport while in Thailand. The other drivers did not have any issues and were friendly. The other drivers also had the same size van to accommodate our party size. The driver also complained about not feeling well. He coughed , sneezed and hacked the entire trip. I am glad that I travel with a mask. I think that he should have not worked or wore a mask as well not to spread any germs. This was over an hour drive to the airport.

After speaking with the driver, his account of the trip is very different from what has been described, which is why immediate reporting is so important to ensure clarity for everyone involved. Airport lounge coral: never use it. They are bad. Especially beware of staff beboy. He is the worst. Wd be back and will be aware

Gloria Jeans Coffees Gate 84. Great coffee and super lovely efficient service. The coffee was so good it needed a review. I have large Latte full cream milk with and extra shot. So if you’re like me and like your coffee strong with out the burnt taste this is your go to.

As a sub town airport of a big country, Phuket International Airport is huge n very beautiful n organized. All the things like luggage 🛅 getting from the conveyor belt, getting taxi to go city is very smooth n quick.

Half the cost of every other hotel to airport transfer I looked up in Phuket. They were communicative and reliable. Arrived on time and got me to the airport quickly (it's quite far from certain parts of the island and safely. Highly recommend their service.
