Crew was directly outside of the airport.. directed you straight to the big coach buses outside.. all instructions were clear. We were dropped off directly in front of our hotel.
This needs to be more organized. There was no option to book it private. The bus makes several stops, so be prepared to have a long drive from the airport instead of just 15 minutes. On the way back, big confusion with the reps too. I was told that a pick up would be at 11.15am for my 3.30pm flight and when asked why so early, I was told "because we dont know how many stops we will make". Pick up was at 11.40am only when I called to ask of they forgot about me. It was only me, so I arrived at the airport within 15 minutes. Too bad that the checkin at the airport wasn't even open yet. The drivers were nice though.
You are in a bus with other travelers and have to wait but overall smooth transfer and will recommend if you don’t have to go far. We were only 10 mins
Glas we booked Viator transport round trip from viator. Veryconvenuent, friendly driver, good price.

I was told they could not accommodate my drop off location and I would get a refund but then I had to pay for a taxi and I got an email saying I will NOT get a refund.
Nolan took us to the airport. His Tahoe was tidy and his suit was as beautiful as his smile. The ride to the airport on June 8, 2026. There were 6 of us in a Tahoe. He gave us a quick history lesson of Aruba and a quick current events snippet. He got us all in the vehicle comfortably and explained the process through the doors of the airport. THANKS NOLAN!

Just to clarify, this was a SHARED transfer. I initially booked it because I was under the impression that this was a private transfer, but it was actually a shared transfer on a big bus. Despite the misunderstanding, the transfer was great- friendly drivers, clean and air conditioned bus, timely manner, great price compared to a local taxi (I was priced approx $47 for a one way taxi from airport to low rise area).

Very smooth and easy to find responsible staff and the bus. Stayed right outside our hotel. Recommend this and I myself will book it also next time.
