The pick up was good. The driver knew his way around the traffic and was very nice. Drop off was easy.

Solid, friendly, professional driver. Expect to wait for their arrival in a designated area with other customers. Our wait time was approximately :15.

Excellent experience. We didn’t know which pier we needed but the lady that greeted us knew exactly which pier we needed for the complimentary speedboat. The driver was lovely and he stopped off at a shop for us to stock up on bottled water and a few light snacks. He was so helpful and warm. Thankyou for a lovely experience, the journey was seamless and fun !

ARRIVALS: As we were not arriving in Phuket until after 9:00 p.m., we thought it would be wise to arrange a car beforehand. This was undoubtedly a good decision, but sadly, everyone else had the same idea. We were told that someone would be at the arrivals gate holding a sign with our name listed. That sounds easy, but that was not exactly what happened. Instead, the drivers tape your name sign to a railing outside the arrival gate. Again, this sounds okay, but it was a long railing, and the signs were often three or more layers down taped together. I did not find ours and asked some people. That is no problem; I was told there are similar signs across the way near the police kiosk. Again, tons of names were taped. I then learned the signs went around the corner, so I looked there. I still had no luck, so I asked wifi to come with me on a second search. I discovered my name on the police station railings. Once the name was in hand, a girl with a mobile took the paper and made some calls. About five minutes later, our driver arrived, and we were off to Patong Beach. I suspect the mobile phone number of the provider would have helped, but I had not thought of it at the time. DEPARTURES: Most airlines are not keen to check your luggage until around three hours before your flight. Given the potential traffic problems between Patong Beach and the airport (the other side of the Island), we left two hours plus to ensure we arrived on time. It was an easy trip, so we waited an hour or so. The problem is insufficient seating for the people waiting to be checked in. There are other seating areas on different levels of the airport. We found two on level 4.

Regarding your arrival experience, we’re pleased that you eventually connected with your driver and reached Patong Beach safely. However, we apologise for the confusion caused by our current signage system but we also did send a picture of the area and mobile phone in case of difficulty. The mobile phone is also on the voucher as a back up. We understand that having multiple names taped along a long railing can be frustrating, and we are reviewing this process to find more efficient ways to identify our guests upon arrival. For your departure, while we’re glad the journey itself was smooth, we regret that the seating arrangements at the airport did not meet your expectations. Although seating is managed by the airport, we will share your feedback with the relevant authorities in hopes of a better experience for our guests. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. As soon as we walked out the company representative was out waiting. She then message the driver and he pulled up in less than 2 mins. The van was very clean and space to fit all 7 of us with 14 bags. The driver also allowed us to stop to a currency exchange before heading to the hotel.

It was the such an easy transport experience. They sent me a text with a picture of where they were waiting.They waited for us as we went through immigration and got our bag. Loaded our bags in a nice comfortable and air conditioned van without a hitch. Driver offered to take us to a place for dinner or to make currency change while he waited, but we just wanted to go straight to our hotel. Would definitely do airport transfer with them (both ways) again. They also offer other activities packages but we didn't do them as we had other plans already made. Tipp was very responsive.
