Great transfer, but more information on which kiosk to go to would have been helpful. Although we couldn't pick our hotel when booking the driver dropped us off there which was great.
Amazing view enroute to Banff— driver was kind and staff at the airport , and prompt! Highly recommended!!
Our driver left us at a hotel that wasn’t ours despite my objections. He kept saying it’s the same, it’s the same. Well it wasn’t the same! According to Google Maps it was 1.2 km from our hotel so we had to drag our luggage 1.2 km to get to Banff Finn where we were supposed to be . I’m not happy at all the way it turned out because we were tired from our flight and it was pretty warm that evening. I think you owe us a partial refund.

We understand this was not the arrival experience you expected, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Your transportation from Calgary to Banff was completed, and the drop-off was still within Banff. If a guest were mistakenly dropped off in Canmore instead of Banff, that would be a different situation where a goodwill adjustment, such as a discount or partial credit, may be considered. However, in this case, the service was completed to Banff. That said, we acknowledge there was confusion at the final drop-off point. We will remind our drivers to confirm hotel names and addresses more clearly with guests before drop-off to avoid similar concerns in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you.
The driver was excellent and the vehicle was spotless but communication with the tour company is terrible. I tried over 2 days to confirm pickup at my hotel. Sent 3 messages, 1 email and 1 phone call. Email could not be delivered. Phone call wouldn't go through. The 3 messages sent through Viator were finally answered at 1:30am on the day the pickup was supposed to happen. Everything worked out but a simple acknowledgement of the first message would have prevented unnecessary stress.
Thanks for understanding, we are trying to hire people to do the communication, AI won’t make a difference either but for sure we will make an improvement and use actual person on the other line.
Disappointed, I received communication that there was a cancellation the night before due to mechanical and then when I went to the counter they said the driver called in sick and then another provider offered a ride at twice the price- not a great start to my getaway

In all communications, carrier was never identified other than Calgary Airport/Banff Shuttle. Only by process of elimination at the airport did we find our reservation with “Banff Explorer”.

Very punctual but their instructions on how to find them at Calgary was very very confusing. Needs to be edited. Driver was excellent and drove within speed limits at all times.
