Xavier was wonderful. We actually got off the ship earlier than expected. He messaged me he was at the port already and picked us up right away and because we were early took us for a mini tour of Barcelona and gave us helpful information on getting around. Awesome experience!

I cannot recommend this service more. There were 8 adults with 16 pieces of luggage and a walker. The 2 cars were roomy and accommodated everyone plus backpacks. Amidst the June heatwave, the AC was comfy. The cars arrived on time despite the crowded Barcelona port. Communication was great. The ride to the hotel was smooth and quick. The drivers were very professional.

We walked off the ship and Willy was waiting there for us. He stayed in constant contact with us via text until we arrived. Highly encourage anyone needing transportation throughout their trip to book via the Viator app before your trip even starts. Gives you peace of mind knowing they’ve gotten you taken care of. Our driver was very good at advising us of his location and his expected arrival time. He was prompt and helped us load our bags. He drove carefully and helped us unload our bags at the door of our hotel. We were very happy with his service.
