Discussing, cancelled, last minute, poor communications and rubbish excuses to do so. I would not recommend anyone waste their time and use this company. If you are in Kos, find the bus garage and wait at the orange bus stop with for a bus. The buses have the name of the place they are going not numbers and cost €2.30.
Trip was cancelled an hour before we were due to leave. Really disappointed. We ended up having to make our own way there.
Bus didn’t show up to collect us. On contacting Viator we were informed the trip was cancelled. Refund has not arrived on the stated date *AVOID*
They cancelled the trip lawless than two hours before pickup due to low numbers buying tickets, which should be expected given it is off-peak tourism season.
Arrived on time and picked up on time from hotel. Air conditioned car. A bit expensive for what it is but as the public buses aren’t running to Therma currently, was a good option for us to go and visit the amazing Therma - such a great experience and chill place.
Very nice experience! Transfer well arranged and clear at what time and where we had to be ready. I really enjoyed the warm/hot water, so definitely recommended.
Unfortunately, the excursion didn't take place. I booked the trip for Tuesday 17.10. Tripadvisor wrote me the following on Tuesday morning, 1 hour before the pick-up time: the organizer of the round trip by minivan to Therma Natural Spa Beach unfortunately had to cancel your booking. For whatever reason, the payment was successful in any case. We were very disappointed about the short-term cancellation. I can't recommend it.
Horrible service .no one arrived to pick us up,no phone call about cancellation,even no sorry,just received email after all about refund 🫤
Was ok really wasn’t worth 40 pounds tho hire a buggy and go on your own much more fun. Does get busy but it is really hot
The description should say it’s a fair walk down to pool and back and proper foot wear is needed. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.
