Prompt and punctual service, drove like a local! The only complaint was we booked a 5.5 hour transfer and within one hour of being in the car he stopped for 45 minutes to charge the battery on his electric car. This was very frustrating as we already had a very long journey and this added to it and made us late. Battery charging should be done in private time not during a transfer and in the customer’s time.

Chang was an excelente driver for my trip from Ha Chiang to Sapa. He arrived 15min early, drove very safe and gave me many options to stop for breaks. Very professional. Highly recommend Chang if you are looking for a nice relaxing private ride.
Experience was very good there was some amount of fee to be given in advance but they are truly genuine as people cancel the van so they have kept some amount I have visited Vietnam first time but with the travel it was very smoth and the atmosphere the drivers are really helpful n good

Great driver who transported us safely from ha giang to Sa Pa! The car was really nice and clean and the driver was great despite having to battle some tiny and dangerous roads to get us to our accommodation safely! Would recommend
Arrived to pick us up very promptly and was very happy to stop whenever we requested. Felt much safer taking a car than the bus so this was a great option for us!

Driver was right on time to pick us up. It was a holiday so the traffic was light, and we made it to our destination early. It was a nice, new electric vehicle as well.
The taxi was late. I think when it did arrive it was not really what was booked as it was just a regular car, not really luxury. Was told on the phone the reservation had been made foe the wrong time. He didn't speak any English, and proceeded to spend a lot of time on his phone when driving . At least we got there.
Dear, As a professional operator, we always respect our customer feebacks so that we can improve our services. However, we hope that your feedback be honest. In fact, our service offered different options with different prices: by 4 seater car, 7 seater car, limousine van (luxury service). You chose the cheapest option of 4 seater car (the smallest car) so we arranged the sedan car (obviously you got what you paid for). When you met our driver, you kept asking us why we did not arrange a luxury van and we patiently explained that the luxury vehicle as in the picture you showed would cost you a lot more and you must choose the limousine van option. It seemed you tried not to understand and blamed for the option confusion (but no confusion here). It was not fair that you asked for a partial refund then because we gave you the right service. We do hope that you share your honest feedback and not do like this to other operators because asking for a refund while no mistake made is not good.
