Faultless service from Edinburgh airport to our Home in the early hours of the morning. We were kept informed about all stages of the booking. Definitely use them again. They were also much cheaper than the other Companies.
The driver arrived on time, which I appreciated. However, after an exhausting flight, the vehicle was uncomfortably hot. When I asked about the air conditioning, the only solution offered was to keep the A/C on low while driving with the windows down, which didn’t make for a very comfortable ride. Considering the cost, I expected a more comfortable experience. In hindsight, an Uber would have been less expensive and likely just as satisfactory.

However, the reservation made was for our Standard Transfer service, which is clearly described during the booking process. We always encourage customers to review the service description carefully to ensure they select the option that best suits their expectations. Regarding the temperature inside the vehicle, Edinburgh experienced exceptionally high temperatures that day. The air conditioning was operating at full capacity throughout the journey, and the driver briefly opened a window to help improve airflow while the cabin cooled. Had you preferred the window to be closed, he would have been more than happy to do so. We would also like to note that the driver has been a valued member of our team for many years and is regularly praised for his professionalism and customer service. While we appreciate that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion, we do not believe this review accurately reflects the service that was provided or the booking that was made. We wish you all the best with your future travels.
Driver was very flexible and adjusted to our needs. The airline changed our arrival several times resulting in our arrival being changed from one day to another as well as multiple last minutes on the day of arrival. I highly recommend this service everything was perfect.

Excellent service, good timing and perfect driving. Coild not have asked for a better experience in the 2 booked 8-seater minivans. Even when our flight was delayed by three hours Cabair was super flexible. We'll be back!
