Very punctual and comfortable transfer. Everything perfect!! The three transfers we hired had the same characteristics and rs a very recommendable service
This made our trip very easy to go back to Paris with our luggage without having to deal with the train. The driver was timely and everything went smoothly. He even helped us with our bags once we made it it to the train station.

Our plane landed more than an half hour early. The driver texted to let me know he was in the way even though we were early. I was a little confused about the pick up point but he stayed in contact with me and found my group . He was very friendly and engaging. He told us about place to see and go while in Paris. I told the driver we in Paris only for a few hours and only had time to see the Eiffel Tower. When he dropped us off, he explained the pick up procedure.

Excellent driver, clean vehicle, prompt. If monet is no object or you need assurance of timing I highly recommend, however knowing now that UBER and Bolt are readily available and reliable, and more than 1/2 the price... I would have not booked through Viator.

No show at orly airport No reponse when I sent message I paid 177 US dollars and my uber was 75. I would like to speak to someone at Viator.

Our team tried several times to reach you before your flight to get your flight number and terminal, as this information is essential for our drivers to meet clients with a name sign at the correct gate. We didn’t receive any reply before your travel, so 48 hours before your arrival we decided to cancel the booking to avoid you being charged for a no-show. Later, when you called us from a different number after leaving the airport, we immediately offered to send another driver within 15 minutes, but you declined. I completely understand your frustration, and I’m truly sorry for this situation. Our only goal was to make sure you wouldn’t be penalized, and we genuinely hope to serve you better next time you visit Paris. Kind regards,
