We landed an hour ago. There is no driver here. We called the driver and he sounds sleep. We booked this service a week ago. This is unacceptable.

Your driver was already in the airport area and did manage to pick you up, but we truly regret the confusion and the impression it caused. However, our driver was at the airport on time and waiting at the designated meeting point with a name sign, as stated in the pick-up instructions. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate you in the arrivals area. We also tried contacting you by phone and sent a message via Viator, but we did not receive any response at that time. A few hours later, you informed us that you had already taken another taxi and arrived at the hotel. We kindly ask all guests to carefully read the pick-up instructions provided in the booking confirmation and to contact us immediately if they cannot find the driver. We are always available to assist in real time. We regret that this situation happened and remain committed to improving our service for all travelers.
Very kind driver. Our flight was delayed a couple of hours and our driver was gracious enough to wait for us with no problem. He made sure we were comfortable the whole ride there as well as stopping to buy us cold water.

Our driver Mohammad was great (kind and friendly). He arrived well in advance, gave descriptions of the down on the way. No complaints there. In fact, if he wasn’t making the experience better, I would have given a 1 star review. But wow, the van that we were given was terrible. The AC unit was broken, there was a huge rip in one of the cushions, and one of the windows didn’t open. Thus, all of the smoke, dust, and hot sunlight being kicked up outside came into the car… but we couldn’t close it because then we’d have no ventilation. I was thus sweating and breathing toxic fumes the entire 1.5 hour drive. This company hires well, needs to take better care of its equipment and have higher standards for its customers. For just $30 more we could’ve gotten a perfectly fine van with a competing company.

We arrived at the airport the transfer company had our details of arrival But we had to wait 30 mints we had few locals calling the company to find out where they were
