Met driver at door after exiting customs. Easy trip to city in private minivan that stored all 4 of our large suitcases.

This was a great start to our vacation.The driver was very professional and made sure that they identified us using a sign. We had a very smooth ride.And arrived to our destination as quickly as possible. He loaded and unloaded our luggage and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for making the changes to pick us up the next day at 3:45 am due to our flight being cancel 2 hours before departure from India to Bangkok, and also thanks for waiting for us over an hour due to immigration process. Horrible customer service. Never got confirmation if their vehicle can fit a certain amount of suitcases and when the driver arrived, the van they brought could not fit all the suitcases and we had to pay extra upcharge for a bigger vehicle. I would not recommend to do business with them. Go with another company that has the correct options on which vehicle to select if you’re traveling with lots of luggages. I feel the one option they have is a scam to make people pay more in person.

Excellent service from start to finish. The communication was clear and proactive - directions were sent days in advance, along with photos of the car and the sign with my name. Pickup at Gate 5 was seamless, with only a short wait. The driver was safe and professional, and the car was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely use this company again.

Probably the most dangerous car service ride I have ever experienced and I have traveled around the wolrld. The driver was talking in the phone the entire trip, texting, playing games on his cell phone and editing pictures on his cell phone as he drove we had several near accidents as he was tail gating on the freeway, changing lanes every 30 seconds and was straddling the line frequently during the 90 min drive. He also had a second phone he was answering during the trip. It was insane. This driver is going to get a passenger killed. And I have pictures to prove the above.
Before we arrived we received a message indicating where to meet and that we’d see a sign with our names, which made it easy to find our meeting location. The van easily held all 5 of us comfortably as we drove to the hotel. I would definitely recommend.
