I purchased the transfer service through Revolut bank from Viator. The day before I sent the phone number by email. When I landed at 4 am, the driver was not there. I called New Armenia Travel Tours and Transfers 20 times, I also sent messages, but no one answered! I was forced to take a taxi (Uber and Bolt do not work in Armenia). Of course, at that time there were only scam taxi drivers at the airport. I paid $ 50 for a 15-minute ride. New Armenia Travel Tours and Transfers responded after 4 hours, justifying that they did not send the driver because they did not have my phone number. A lie, because I also sent them a photo of the email sent, with my phone number. Anyway, they had the name and I had paid in advance for the transfer, so the driver was obliged to come to the airport. I have traveled to over 50 countries, had hundreds of transfers, but it has never happened that a driver did not show up. I got my money back from Viator, but the transfer cost me $20 more! New Armenia Travel Tours and Transfers is a frivolous company, which does not honor the concluded contracts. You risk wasting your time, nerves and money with them. Such a company also destroys the tourist image of Armenia!

I will now paste all the correspondence we had, and everyone will see that you did not provide us with the necessary information to meet you, and the emails you sent to your email address all ended up in the spam folder. I don't know what email address you have, but I advise you to change it.
Very comfortable journey. Even our flight had delayed over an hour, the driver iwas waiting for us and dropped directly to the hotel.
