Collection on arrival was okay apart from driver constantly texting while driving. No show for return journey to airport left standing at hotel reception, sent message both 48 and 24 hrs before return journey no reply.

If you booked an SUV for the Punta Cana area, in your reservation your hotel is in La Romana, it is much further away, about 77.5 kilometers, and your flight was delayed for more than 30 minutes. We require additional charges and we provide you with a minivan service that does cover the destination of La Romana. We ask you if you want to cancel the entire reservation because you booked the wrong product. All the products say arrival area to destination Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Uvero Alto, and Miches. Each destination has a different cost and different distance. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding. We provide you with the minivan service because it covered the hotel in La Romana, your final destination. the product was book for puntacana hotels not for romana aeras ,But we still provide you a private service directly to your hotel and without additional charges. romana its 77 kilometers from puntacana , we are verry sorry again for the misunderstood
