I booked a private shuttle from Quito to Banos with a stop at Cotopaxi. They were prompt & easy to communicate with we always had a guide & driver. Felt very well cared for super nice people.

We asked Go4Shuttle to give us a ride from Banos to Quito. The picked us up in time, where a pleasant ride, and dropped us off in time. Perfect.

We booked a private driver from Banos to Quito. While the private option was more expensive, the cost was the same as what other area providers were charging. Ricardo himself was not available on our date, but the driver he provided was safe and timely. Despite the language barrier (driver only spoke Spanish, and we don't know much so it's our fault being that we were traveling in Ecuador), everything went perfectly. We would definitely book with this company again if we were in the area again.

This Banos to Quito service was so efficient. While of course more expensive than the public bus, it saved us a lot of time and hassle of dealing with the crowded bus-central terminal-taxi alternative. Ricardo was our driver and he was prompt, friendly, and easy to communicate with both before and during our trip. He picked us up directly at our hotel in Banos (which was 15 minutes outside of the downtown area) and dropped us off right at our hotel in Quito. There was room in the vehicle for all passengers and their luggage and the ride was comfortable. Ricardo also made a stop for food/water/bathroom along the way for everyone's comfort. It was easy to arrange the transport, we booked it just a day or two in advance. Definitely would recommend this door-to-door service. It's safe, reliable, and a great value.
