As the last part of our 2 week family vacation, we requested a transfer from the cruise port at Lisbon to Porto through PLANETA PAUTADO. Right away . Fabio and his team communicated with us to ensure the pickup time and the vehicles needed worked to accommodate our party of 15 with all our luggage! Our tour guides Nuno and Joao spoke to us in English and Soanish since our party was bilingual. They explained the beauty of the sites we chose to visit (Obidos and Fatima) allowed time for us to shop and walk the colorful streets of each town. Later they took us to a delicious typical Portuguese restaurant in the countryside where we laughed and shared a meal like family. Before they dropped us off at our hotel, Nuno shared many “must see” sites in Porto. We were so impressed with their time and dedication with us that we asked if they could help us with the future transfer to the airport. Fabio and his team deserve 10* for a wonderful experience and organization!

We first met Carlos for our transfer from Lisbon to Porto, and the experience was so fantastic that we immediately booked a full-day Douro Valley tour with him afterwards. Along the way, he took us to Óbidos and Aveiro, sharing wonderful history and insights that made the journey not just a drive, but a highlight of our trip.
