Booked a «luxury» minivan” including water for 6 people and paid online for the service. No water was available and several of the seatbelts didn’t work. At destination the driver asked for payment and I told him that I had already paid. After checking on his phone I saw there was a voucher for €80, I paid €83. Then the driver wanted me to pay him ”tips”, not receiving any water and faulty seatbelts it was a no. The next day I received an email from the manager asking ”what time is expected”. I replied that we arrived yesterday and that we didn’t get the water we paid for so we would like the difference of €6 refunded and informed him about the faulty seatbelts. Manager Maksim Hristov replied ”Please find better service for return.” I replied that this rudeness will not produce a good review from my side and this was the answer: If you was happy will never use the review service ONLY NEGATIVE. I want to see your face when you use other services here in Cyprus with dirty cars and smelly on……” The manager is not just attacking customers, he even attacks his competitors. If you read this and plan to book transportation I strongly suggest looking elsewhere and avoid this company in line with other reviews. Our mistake was to not read the reviews.
Hi! The transportation was done perfectly, water was under the seats just you have to take them or ask driver for this. The seatbelt works because car have passed MOT several days before. Emai was sent the same minute when you informed us for delay, when you received must be issue in your Internet connection. Best regards taxi Cyprus N1!.
Booked airport transfers in October 24 for June/july 25 transfer from Larnaca to Protaras. Taxi waiting with sign in arrivals despite slight flight delay. Mercedes van extremely clean. Driver friendly. Pick up from resort on time arrived a little early so no panic on getting to the airport. Agsin van clean tidy and driver friendly. Will definitely use again when visiting Cyprus next time.

I booked taxi online 3 weeks in advance and got confirmation email. Night before the ride they canceled the ride. Explanation was "driver got sick"

I was recently surprised and very pleased by Max7Taxi, especially after reading some of the mixed reviews people wrote. I had a great experience.
