Professional, punctual and very very friendly

I would definitely recommend the services offered by Yobalé! Everything is very clear, the communication is remarkably fluid for the organization of travel (well beyond the AIDB-Dakar transfer) and the team is very nice and friendly 😊 And I forgot to stress a perfect ride in a very comfortable car. Very good service and quality

Yobalé has made round trip transfers from Dakar to Saly and would highly recommend them for their punctuality, very clean vehicles and especially their safe driving. I highly recommend

A fuir absolument!!!

To escape absolutely if you do not want to miss your flight!!! First exchange with the manager "Thiendella", to indicate the pick-up time (2h25 for arrival at 4h at the airport of Diass) as well as the number of passengers (4 people) and luggage (4 hold + child car seat packed to travel in the hold) and cabins (2 cabins) and handbags (4) => He told me that he took my Reservation request into account and planned a vehicle accordingly. On the D-day, at 2:45 am, the driver (André) picks me up in Toyota Prius +. At the end of the 3rd luggage compartment, the trunk of the car already had no more capacity, leaving out the fourth luggage compartment, the 4 cabin luggage, the 4 handbags and the car seat. The driver had to realize the evidence and unload the vehicle, leaving me in trouble at 3am with my luggage and children. No proposal to repair their fault by calling on a second vehicle of Yobale or even taking at their expense a taxi....no...just a cuckoo of the hand to say goodbye....not even a word of apology or any sign of desolation.... It was only at 2:25 pm that the manager "Thiendella ' sent a whatsapp message to "hope" that I was able to get to the airport. What a gross lack of professionalism and humanity. I will use the services of Yobale more and definitely do not recommend this company!

Veuillez trouver ci-dessous notre réponse : - Premièrement, en tant que société de transport spécialisée dans les transferts aéroports (nous en faisons quotidiennement), notre Toyota Prius+ a tout à fait la capacité de transporter 4 passagers, 4 valises soutes et 4 valises cabine. Ce qui explique pourquoi nous avons répondu favorablement à votre demande de réservation. Cependant, il se trouve que vos valises soute étaient d'un gabarit exceptionnel par rapport aux bagages que l'on transporte habituellement. Encore une fois, nous transportons très régulièrement des groupes de 4 personnes + 4 bagages soute + 4 cabine et faisons des transferts aéroport quotidiennement. Avant votre réservation, j'ai pris soin de vous envoyer la photo du véhicule ainsi que sa capacité de chargement (vous pouvez le vérifier dans votre historique whatsapp). En revanche, vous ne nous avez à aucun moment informé du caractère exceptionnellement imposant de vos bagages soute. - Deuxièmement, devant le constat que l'ensemble de vos bagages ne rentreraient pas, vous avez indiqué au chauffeur que vous souhaitiez annuler la course avec Yobalé et faire appel à quelqu'un de votre entourage pour votre transfert. Vous avez tenté de joindre la personne plusieurs fois mais sans succès. Notre chauffeur a alors proposé de vous amener chez la personne en question, qui vit à proximité, pour la solliciter. Il s'apprêtait à le faire lorsque la personne vous a rappelé. Et c'est seulement à ce moment là, quand il était sûr que vous aviez une solution de repli, que notre chauffeur a quitté les lieux, avec votre aval puisqu'encore une fois vous avez clairement indiqué ne plus vouloir utiliser Yobalé. Sans quoi nous aurions bien entendu pu trouver une solution avec vous. - Puis, nous vous avons proposé un échange téléphonique le lendemain afin d'avoir tous les détails de l'incident et essayer de trouver une solution constructive, mais vous n'avez pas répondu à nos sollicitations. Pour nous le confort et la tranquillité de nos passagers passent avant tout, et nous sommes tout à fait ouvert à trouver ensemble des solutions arrangeantes pour vous, mais encore faut-il répondre à nos sollicitations. - Pour terminer, nous sommes bien sûr désolés de l'incompréhension mutuelle concernant vos bagages, et là aussi nous vous l’avons indiqué (voir votre historique whatsapp) car encore une fois nous tâchons chaque jour de rendre l’experience utilisateur de nos clients la meilleure possible. Dans votre cas, nous avons appliqué le process habituel et complet de collecte des informations nécessaires à la confirmation d’une réservation, mais sans l'information clé du caractère exceptionnel de vos bagages soute, il nous a été impossible d'anticiper et nous en sommes navrés. Voilà, notre porte reste bien sûr ouverte et vous savez comment nous joindre si vous souhaitez échanger avec nous.
