Driver arrived early, very courteous and drove safely. He pointed out the correct door to enter when we arrived. Great service!
The vehicle smelled strong of cigarette smoke. And we were double charged for one trip. Will be requesting a refund from Viator. Our experience is that the are not easy to work with.

Regarding the odor in the vehicle, we would like to clarify that all of our vehicles are **100% smoke-free**, and we have a strict no-smoking policy. The vehicle assigned to your transfer was brand new, and the smell you noticed was most likely the scent of a new vehicle rather than cigarette smoke. Regarding the double charge, after reviewing your reservation, we found that two separate bookings had been made. This was not a charge made by our company. As soon as you informed us, we explained the refund process and directed you to Viator so the duplicate booking could be refunded according to their procedures. We always strive to provide excellent service and assist our customers whenever an issue arises. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.
Driver was on-time and very friendly. He loaded our luggage and kept the van comfortable. It was a very quick ride to the airport at 2am.

Our driver showed up exactly on time. He helped load our baggage and drove us efficiently to the airport. Stopped at our gate, unloaded the bags and told us exactly where we needed to go.
