Easy, reliable, and a great price! I love that the confirm on WhatsApp and are available to answer questions. Yonathan was very nice and professional and answered my question on WhatsApp within minutes. I will 100% book with them again and highly recommend them!!!
Darwilson is the best!! Helped me book all my excursions and helped me with all my transportation. He gave me tips for the best restaurants and always made sure i enjoyed each activity and i was safe in my transport. He made my trip comfortable and enjoyable because i was stress free. We had booked and paid in advance a round trip to the airport and the driver never showed up for our pickup time and this after several attempts to call him personally as well as to the transport company WB PUnta cana suporte (WC TOUR AND TRAVEL ) We do not recommend driver Marleni Prenza hyundai Starex
I had an amazing experience with WBTour & Travel! From the airport pickup to all my excursions, everything was perfectly organized. They never asked for money in advance, and all activities were private and comfortable and no big crowds. The cars were in great condition, drivers were super helpful, and communication with Michael via WhatsApp made everything easy. I always felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone visiting , truly excellent service!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! UNTRUSTWORTHY! We booked our private airport transfer through Expedia, which was assigned to WB PC Tour & Travel (via Talixo). Upon arrival at the Punta Cana airport, Junior showed us a book of excursions and convinced us to book Monkeyland for our family of three — me, my husband, and our six-year-old daughter — for $300 USD total. We paid a $150 USD deposit directly to him, and he confirmed in writing via WhatsApp that our pickup for the excursion would be at 8:00 AM on the agreed date. The morning of the tour, we were ready and waiting in our hotel lobby at 8:00 AM as confirmed. When I messaged him to check in, he suddenly claimed pickup was actually at 1:10 PM, which was never discussed and did not work for us. When I confronted him, he admitted in writing that he made a mistake, yet still refused to refund our deposit or take responsibility for the error. At that point, we completely lost trust in this company. We also told him we would not be using them for our return airport transfer on the 21st and have booked another service instead. We contacted Expedia and Talixo for assistance, but unfortunately neither was able to resolve the issue or recover our money. This company’s behavior is dishonest and unprofessional. They take advantage of travelers who trust them. If you are visiting Punta Cana, do not book any excursions or transfers with WB PC Tour & Travel, even if they are assigned through a legitimate site like Expedia — confirm directly with reputable, reviewed operators instead. We travel often and have never experienced such unethical conduct. Hopefully, this review prevents others from going through the same frustration.

My daughter and 5 friends used Wayne’s to take them from the airin Punta Cana to their hotel. Driver told them they offer boat cruises and if they wanted to go it would be $85 each cash. They paid and the driver stole their money. I called Wayne’s and started to tell them what happened and they hung up on me and blocked my #…Criminals.

DONT BOOK WITH EXCURSIONS WITH WB They caught us at the airport and we ended up booking an excursions that turned out horrific. They tried pushing it off on the other company but we booked and paid direct with WB. RUN AWAY FROM THEM! THEY REFUSED TO DO ANY REFUND. DEFINATELY FEEL SCAMMED! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!
You asked us for a boat for 6 hours for fishing and that is what we sold you, of your group only you have experience in fishing and your wife got vertigo and dizziness because she has no experience in deep waters, you explained all of this to her before getting on the boat and she accepted, even the boats are reserved in advance and she didn't even want to do it and we had to pay to reserve the boat trusting your word, you yourself asked the captain to return to land, we recommend that if someone has no fishing experience you do not take them with you, we have your signed letter asking to go to land.
Chaos at arrival, many people trying to sell you stuff, taxi area very congested. Not clearly stated where to go. The vehicle that I was told was my pick up was not the one I was in. Pickup another issue. Had round-trip transfer but was told to contact Talixo directly. Very disappointed and frustrated
Highly recommend booking with WayBus for your airport transportation! The driver was very friendly. We booked Waybus through Expedia as an add on.
