Excellent communication. Reliable and punctual. Nice oversized vehicle. Booked through my travel agent. Felt safe and relaxed about my airport transfer.
The driver was helpful at pickup and drop off. He did a great job at telling us about any of the sights we passed on the way to the hotel.

The good: great communication, on time and got us where we needed to be with considerate, friendly driver. What could be better: Car pictured in add was not an accurate advertisement. Car was cluttered with snacks, take out and other odds and ends. Driver was nice, but also spoke on the phone in another language while driving us. Overall it was an inexpensive way to get from JFK to midtown Manhattan, but not peaceful or luxurious if that is what you’re looking for.

We were picked up on time even though our flight was delayed. Our drive into NYC was long and our driver did his best to avoid traffic jams.

Wonderful, stress free transfer early 5 am from NYC Times Square area to JFK. I received confirmation with the driver's name and a picture of the car and license plate. Nahid was great. He arrived a bit early and waited for us to check out of our hotel. He was a very good driver and we are very satisfied with the transportation service and will use them again in the future.

Travelling solo i was a bit apprehensive but FKS Private Transportation Co were always touching base with me to ensure I was comfortable with the instructions and I found the driver immediately and Evan as a driver I was so content with he, he made me feel comfortable he was very friendly welcoming me to New York. I will highly recommend them.
